At TYCHE EBIKES, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:
1. Returns & Replacements
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: eBikes that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Damaged / Defective Products: If your eBike arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost.
2. Refunds
- Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Deductions: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A nominal processing/restocking fee (up to 10% of product value) may be deducted.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 4 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already been shipped.
4. Warranty Claims
- All our eBikes come with a 12 months warranty (for Battery Pack, Electrical Components and Motor).
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear & tear, damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Exceptions
- Customized or special-order eBikes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Accessories, helmets, chargers, and batteries are non-returnable once opened/used.
