At TYCHE EBIKES, we ensure that your eBike reaches you safely through trusted logistics service providers. Please read our shipping terms carefully:
1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is handed over to the logistics partner, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days.
- Other Locations: 7–12 business days.
- (Timelines may vary depending on courier partner, location, weather, or government restrictions.)
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is not free.
- Actual delivery charges will be determined by the logistics service provider based on your location, package weight, and size.
- Customers must pay the shipping charges directly to the logistics service provider at the time of delivery/pickup.
4. Delivery Process
- Shipping will be done only to the delivery address provided at the time of order. Please ensure the details are accurate.
- We ship through reliable logistics service providers experienced in handling large items like eBikes.
- Customers are responsible for accepting the shipment and paying delivery charges upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing parts, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
- We will coordinate with the logistics provider and assist you as per our Refund & Return Policy.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India.
